Terms of Service — Lander Books

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the products and services offered by Lander Books. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Lander Books provides cloud-based software solutions including, but not limited to, Filmicall, HotEnd ColdEnd Communicator, Lander Books, custom software development, and Odoo/ERPNext ERP implementation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice.

2. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Certain services require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are outlined at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Lander Books reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ advance notice.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data, documents, and content you create or upload to our platforms. Lander Books does not claim any ownership rights over your data. We access your data only to provide and improve our services, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lander Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Lander Books may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
